If it wasn’t for Eric Felder, I would not have purchased my Volvo S60. He patiently and professionally answered my questions about the plug-in hybrid and about the Scandinavian philosophy behind Volvo design. I really love this car. First of all, the battery has longer range (about 43 miles) than it was presented to me, which is usually the other way around. And the car drives with power with a great sense of stability. Everyone who saw it was impressed, and honestly, surprised that a Volvo can be so powerful and luxurious. Volvo is not any more a “safe grandpa car”.

My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley.

I came into the dealer on previous occasions shopping for a new Aston as I wanted to give the brand a second chance. I previously purchased a Rapide from another dealer and it was lemon lawed at 1,100 miles and that left a bad taste in my mouth. Although my friend had a terrible experience, overall mine had been decent.
Well that oddly changed. I received an email 7/1 at 3:23 p.m. to drive the new DBX 707. I immediately clicked the link and RSVP’d. I received a follow up email that my spot was confirmed. 7/3 at 3:42, I receive an email saying all slots were full. I find that funny considering each day and time was available at the time I booked. Today 7/8, I receive another email to sign up for the drive. I clicked the link again and all Sunday slots were still available. I find that odd as those are the slots I picked for myself, and they are available.
I realize my reservation being canceled had nothing to do with available slots. I feel had my skin been a different color and I was throwing money around, I would have received the slot to drive the DBX 707. Unfortunately I’m used to prejudice when shopping and purchasing high line vehicles.
When the SUV originally came out, I expressed interest in it and mentioned I was willing to wait for a high-performance version even though one hadn’t been announced at the time. Now that time has arrived, I’m being pushed off by the dealer. No sweat, it’s clear my business isn’t wanted and my relationship with the dealer and Aston Martin as a company is tarnished.

They gave me the car with floor mats that were from another model
They stored the car for me in Beverly Hills since I was out of the country and when I received the car it had a scratch in the rear. It is a $500 repair and they will not do it. I have proof that the car was delivered to storage scratch free and received it back with the scratch. How cheap of a company with the worse customer service.
They lied to me that the car was a trade in from a local guy, but it actually came from TEXAS.
Te used car sales person from La Jolla, was absolutely rude to me on the phone after not returning my calls.
Spoke to Shawn the manager of the dealer and he seems very nice and respectful. He sent me after market floor mats, even though I sent an invoice to them for Mercedes floor mats (something better than nothing still)
He never called me back about the scratch just had the sales guy give me quote to fix it.
I leased an expensive car from Beverly Hills before for 2 years and had no issues.
They do not deserve to have mature clients and treat them like dirt. I will let everyone I know not to buy from them. Enough of this rude treatment and cheap attitude.
I asked for the owners email from sales in Beverly Hills and never received it.
